Change FQDN and Re-Issue the SSL certs after installation

Hey team,

Is it possible to change FQDN and re-issue the certs after installation?
(Fully understand I need to re-do the WG config files agains if that using older FQDN)

If using the default docker-compose.yml template, and you elected to enable automatic SSL provisioning, then it should just work.
